Refunds & Returns

Return Policy
Since the products listed in Chaotic Mental Floss Shopify storefront are digital downloads, there is no return that can be requested nor provided. All sales are final.

Damages & Issues
In the case a download link may be incorrect or broken, please contact Chaotic Mental Floss at chaoticmentalfloss@gmail.com. Provide your email address and order number with a brief description of the issue. If a download link is broken, it will be tested and a correct link will be sent to you free. If the product you receive doesn't match the product you purchased, please provide the SKU of the product you ordered versus the product you received and the link will be tested and the correct product link will be provided for free.

Keep in mind that products that are downloaded are tracked. The current limit of a product's allotted download is three times. If the link is proven broken or improperly linked, your corrected link will be provided with three downloads restored.

If you placed an order but no links were automatically sent to your inbox, please send an email to chaoticmentalfloss@gmail.com with the order confirmation number, email, and which payment method you used. If a discrepancy is detected you will be provided an opportunity to request a refund or to have the correct product links for download emailed to you.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items
There are no exceptions. All digital downloads are non-returnable.

Exchanges
Substitutions and exchanges are not permitted for digital downloads.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued if corrected links are submitted to the customer but the links remain broken or keep linking to incorrect products. You will be asked to verify which card or digital wallet type you used for your order as security reassurance and to insure that the refund is returning to the proper card or digital wallet.
